P/T Bookkeeper role - Parsons Green

We are a small property development company looking for a Bookkeeper for one day a week to come to the office in Parsons Green, and potentially work remotely as well.

We are hoping to find someone local with the following attributes:

i) Experience on Sage 50 / Sage One / Xero or similar
ii) A mindset to add value to the business, eg. budget management and review process
iii) Happy to sign a non disclosure agreement
iv) Happy to work locally in SW6 4HH as well as remotely

Further details:

v) The books would be passed to the accountant for submitting returns and so must be compatible with the accountant’s own tax returns systems.
vi) Invoices must be logged against one of two projects, and in addition against one of 38 cost codes.
vii) IMPORTANT: the accounts / finance system must generate reports for monthly budget reviews in the cost system (currently Excel). The bookkeeper must have the knowledge/experience to generate the correct reports from the finance system.

Fees: A flat fee/monthly/hourly rate to be agreed at market rate.
