We are a young niche law firm based in SW4, specialising in the drafting and negotiation of derivatives and securities financing documentation for buy-side clients.

We seek a specialist lawyer for OTC cleared derivatives, repo, futures transactions and prime brokerage negotiations.

The candidate: (a) will have some knowledge of multi-jurisdictional clearing, TRS documentation and Master Swap Confirmations and

(b) be fully conversant with global regulatory changes such as MiFID II, EMIR, UCMR, understanding the processes of implementation for industry participants.

Experience from a range of professional and financial entity types shall be considered.

Qualifications

Strong academic record including a minimum of a 2:1 class honours degree from a Russell Group University or a first-class honours degree from another university.

Earnings

The successful candidate may expect remuneration at the very top of the market.
