Tiro Partners are looking to hire a part time Internal Recruiter to start in September, to build an ongoing pipeline of sales and recruitment consultants, hopefully recruiting as many 5 before the end of the year.
This role would ideally suit someone local to Clapham who has a proven track record in recruitment and would like to return to working in a recruitment company part time.
We have lots of exciting content to go to market with including a recent team cycling and wine tasting trip to Spain and a charity boxing event where both the Directors got in the ring! We just need an Internal Recruitment Consultant to find driven and motivated talent for Tiro Partners to hire so they can continue to grow their already successful business.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop a strategy to hire approximately 4 - 5 new Recruitment Consultants by the end of 2018
• Utilise multiple direct channels to market including LinkedIn, Job Boards, networking etc
• Manage the end to end recruitment process from screening CV’s through to initial interview stage
• Take an active role in the on-boarding of the new hires
• Opportunity to utilise social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and our website
• Build a pipeline of suitable Recruitment Consultants to help grow the business medium term
What we need from you
• Must have proven track in recruitment and hitting targets
• Be able to come in and grasp our culture and what we do quickly
• Be able to identify Potential Recruitment Consultants that are target driven and match our values
• Come in and set the strategy of how you would ensure you hire 4 people by the end of the year
• It would be nice to have some internal recruitment experience / HR / Talent Acquisition Experience
• Happy to work within a small office environment and be keen to have fun and get involved!
