We need an experienced recruiter to join our growing, niche consultancy which focuses on the design & brand industry.USWe are a small, niche recruitment consultancy with a tight knit team with a highly collaborative approach. Our reputation and our business are growing and we have got too much work – so we really need a new consultant to join us!We have strong relationships with our many clients, and this new role is to help manage them. It’s also to build on our fantastic candidate base, and help manage their careers into the right roles.
YOU
As an experienced recruiter consultant, with design industry experience or a desire to work within the creative field, you should have excellent skills in account managing relationships with clients and candidates.You should be a natural networker who loves nurturing and building relationships. You should also be instinctive and confident, with a highly consultative approach. An organised, self-starter who is happy to hit the ground running with an established client base.The role can be 4 or 5 days per week – we are really happy to discuss flexible options to suit your circumstances. We know you have a life outside of work!HERECP is a grown-up niche recruiter for design & branding agencies, predominantly covering the London market, but we also place international roles.
