'You'll be someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of your colleagues and the business' is one of the sentences in your job advert and yet Morgan Randall can't care too much about the 'wellbeing' of their staff if they can only find £8 an hour to pay them.  The London living wage is £10.55 an hour and as you know, being estate agents, it is a very expensive city to live in.

Exactly !!! all that criteria for a saturday job ! Morgan Randall need to bring their heads out the clouds. This is why the job market is ridiculous.

I think in all fairness to the company posting the advert although it is ridiculous it is the standard language of most job adverts.

I use LinkedIn a lot for work and the language on there is toe curling.

Everyone is a ninja, entrepreneur, winning and a leader! I hate it and find it embarrassing but I don't think we can blame MR.

If the advert said "clean, sober, hygenic person with average language skills and no convictions then it would hardly set the world on fire!

But it breaks down anyone who does not think the sun shines out their A** ! it discourages average hardworking people who would potentially thrive at this particular job.

I've been through job searches myself and I'm not a perfect person but I know with my degree and training I can do anything. They can't expect someone to be all these 22 things for a one day a week £8 an hour job role. What happened to taking on someone with potential !

No hate in this, just my opinion x

SW12Pops -  The company are not even offering a London living wage.  The content of the advert although demanding, is not my point.

As a local parent I would not consider sacrificing Saturdays to do such a role for less than £16 p/h.
