B Lab™, the team behind the certifying of B Corporations, is attempting to encourage businesses to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. For instance, Travel Matters had to provide responses and evidence to 226 questions. This auditing process took 12-months to complete and honed in on the businesses interactions with our ‘Community’, ‘Customers’, ‘Environment’, ‘Governance’ and ‘Workers’.
