looking for house to rent for a week in June

Can anyone recommend a house in Cornwall (or anywhere on english coast) for a week in June for 8 adults and 4 children (from 9m-3yrs old)?!

I expect some combination of the apartments here might work. We stayed in one about three years ago, and I thought it was really lovely. You'd need to drive to child-friendly beaches (and they are only relatively calm), but there were chickens, a llama, and plenty of room to run around.

This is a lovely house near Salcombe where we have stayed (but you would need to drive to get to beaches). Still available in June:
