Villa recommendation

Postby blipa » Fri Aug 21, 2015 4:54 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend a villa to hire in southern Spain for 2 weeks next summer ? We are a family of 5, so 2 or 3 bedroom would be fine and ideally are looking for somewhere with a private pool, near to local amenities such as restaurants, a beach and places of interest for daytrips. Any recommendations of either areas to look in or villa's would be great as I've looked at a few websites but there are so many options !
thanks so much !

We came back from this villa a week ago. It's not in the South of Spain but on the Costa Brava, in Tamariu, which is frequented by a lot of Spanish people rather than an armada of foreign tourists so you feel like you've discovered a special place.

It is not empty though and is very busy in the summer. However, lovely beach, beachfronts and lots of places to discover around.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a private pool, is a 10 min walk down to the village and the beach and a short drive from various calas or other villages.

I will soon post a review of our stay there but in the meantime, here are more details
