- Discussion and further questioning around a pre-completed health questionnaire and 3-day food diary
- Explanation of key imbalances identified and ways you can improve your diet and lifestyle to achieve your goals
- Collaborative creation of a Health Optimisation Plan including food, lifestyle and supplement tips (if relevant).
- Factsheets and recipes will be sent over with your Health Optimisation plan if relevant and/or requested.
