The first session is free for you to have the chance to get to know me and see if these sessions are the right fit for you. It includes a 30min workout plus a 20/30min assessment to discuss your goals, your pregnancy, any past exercise experience, daily habits, do a postural analysis etc. to assess what would be the best training plan for you.
