Pre & Post natal personal training

I am a personal trainer with extensive knowledge in pre and post natal fitness. I provide individual and group lessons in the comfort of your own home or outdoors (I also provide any equipment needed).

The first session is free for you to have the chance to get to know me and see if these sessions are the right fit for you. It includes a 30min workout plus a 20/30min assessment to discuss your goals, your pregnancy, any past exercise experience, daily habits, do a postural analysis etc. to assess what would be the best training plan for you.

My specialist areas are:
  • Pre and Post Natal Fitness (focus on preventing/healing of Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor and TrA strength, and regaining lumbo-pelvic stability)
  • Postural Analysis and Corrective Exercise Training
  • Mobility Training
  • Weight Loss
