If yes, I can help you! I'm a mobile personal trainer based in SW London with a wealth of experience. I bring all the equipment and expertise to your door or local park. Sessions are 50 minutes long and will be tailored to your goals and level. Workouts can include: boxing, kettlebell work, TRX, body weight exercises, weights, cardio drills & more.
If little one's are in toe that's absolutely fine, I'll happily entertain them while you get a good workout in!
