My name is Bleu Widley and I'm a personal trainer based in Clapham. I train clients in gyms as well as delivering mobile personal training across SW London (home/outdoors/office).
I work with everyday people who want to make changes to their body as well as their general physical & mental health. I help my clients to create simple, easy to follow nutritional strategies as well as improving self esteem through exercise and lifestyle changes.
I use a mixture of resistance, functional bodyweight exercises and cardiovascular methods to improve my clients body composition as well as day to day function. This keeps every session fun and engaging and If you love boxing pad work I'm your man
I offer a 45 minute taster session based around your goals for £15 and my prices for full sessions range from £30-£42 per session depending on duration, type of session and block selected.
