Personal Trainer - Bleu Widley

Hi all,

My name is Bleu Widley and I'm a personal trainer based in Wandsworth. I train clients in gyms as well as delivering mobile personal training across SW London (home/outdoors/office).

I work with everyday people who want to make changes to their body as well as their general physical & mental health. I help my clients to create simple, easy to follow nutritional strategies as well as improving self esteem through exercise and lifestyle changes.

I use a mixture of resistance, functional bodyweight exercises and cardiovascular methods to improve my clients body composition as well as day to day function. This keeps every session fun and engaging and If you love boxing pad work I'm your man 👨.

I offer a 45 minute taster session based around your goals for £15 and my prices for full sessions is £50 per hour. This includes a weekly check in (call/email/zoom), aswell as additional daily calorie/macro targets, training programme and supplement advice if desired. Discounts for block bookings available!.

Thank you for your reply.

I'm no longer at that gym, but I'm still training clients. I offer mobile PT sessions, online coaching and programmes (toning/muscle building/sports performance).

Due to the current lockdown I'm only training clients online, hopefully it won't be too long before I'm back working with clients in person.

Not sure if this was a question to me, but I will just say is one thing I always stress with my clients is to focus on other measuring tools for progress. The scales can really stress people, and actually hinder progress. 

We can measure progress in various ways such as:

- Body fat %
- Hip and waist measurement
- Photos
- Clothes
- Mood
- Fitness

If someone is really focused on weight I'd always suggest a healthy weight loss. Around 1-1.5lbs per week is a good target. Consistency is key!.

Any form of movement which you can do consistently, and most importantly safely is good. A mixture of cardiovascular and resistance based training is the best combination.

The great thing about elliptical machines is the fact they are low impact, and relatively easy to do. Given the current climate a home gym would be a good idea if expenses allow.
