Come and strut your stuff in our new Street Dance classes for adults!
The class includes a dance based warm up with cardio, stretches and strengthening exercises followed by a Commercial style routine taught step by step. All in a welcoming, friendly environment where people can enjoy themselves and get some exercise.
First class FREE and £8 thereafter payable in 6 week blocks.
