The MuTu System is a medically endorsed programme for you after birth and as a mum of children any age.  It provides core strength and pelvic floor work so you can restore your body confidence, lose weight and feel good again. Do you feel that your body has changed since pregnancy and child birth? Maybe not in a favourable way.
