Wandsworth Common-based psychotherapist Paul Carslake is offering free telephone counselling sessions on Tuesday 7 April for anyone struggling with the ongoing fight against coronavirus, whether this is to do with anxieties about work, family, relationships or more.
Sessions will be running from 8am to 6pm, starting on each hour and running for 45 minutes. It’s organised on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis (with no appointments). Give Paul a call on Tuesday shortly before a session is due to start, and if you get through, you get the slot.
Paul is a BACP-registered psychotherapist, working in private practice at The Awareness Centre (Clapham) and in Battersea. You’ll find him listed in the Counselling Directory, Psychology Today, and the International Therapists Directory. He is co-author of Psychology: A Crash Course, published last year by Ivy Press.
