I teach on Mondays 10-11am, Thursdays 9.30-10.30am and Fridays 10-11am (although additional days/times can be added if a group can be established).
My teaching style is rooted from my own personal experience as a dancer, offering creative sequences to allow the body to flow through a series of graceful, elegant poses creating strength, poise and flexibility.
