Hello, my name is Claudia and I have been teaching Pilates for the past 10 years, mostly to my private clients and also in physio clinics, studios and health clubs.
With lockdown I have moved my sessions online, but maintaining the same attention to my clients body and needs. The Pilates sessions will be tailored around you, and your unique needs making them, much more effective than a group class. This is really good if you are recovering from an injury, are postnatal, are in need or postural correction or have lower or upper back pain, which many have now that we spend so much much time in front of a computer.
I specialize in post-natal, Pilates for backcare and postural correction, but I also love to work hip flexibility and mobility.
