Critical Workers: Free access to the Nourish App until end June 2021 (please share!)

The pandemic is challenging us all mentally right now. But the amazing critical workers are under immense strain. 

We want to support their wellbeing however we can, so we're offering Premium Nourish FREE  to all critical workers.

This is such a lovely offer. We all need extra support for our wellbeing right now. I love the nourish app for all it's bite-sized meditations and videos all tailored to the emotions and challenges we face as mums.
