Since teaching teenagers it’s clear that the benefits of yoga are endless. Not only are they creating a safe place to relax, but they are improving their physical fitness and enhancing their concentration. My teen yoga classes are designed to help with the demands and pressures at school, the challenges of a changing body and to support physical sports.
My background includes Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga London, specialised teacher training with Yoga for Teens at Triyoga and I have experience teaching teenagers privately and at Samsara Yoga Studio.
My classes aim to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Calm the mind
- Improve posture
- Enhance mental clarity, focus and concentration
- Develop strength, flexibility, posture and co-ordination
- Achieve better sleeping patterns and mood
- Increase confidence and self-esteem
