Many of us are feeling frazzled and burnt out by the last 18 months, so we wanted to create a space for calm, reflection and growth.
Have a transformational weekend away next to the sea, less than 2 hours from London but feeling a world away.Your group of maximum 8 like-minded women will be guided by psychotherapist Pam Custers to build self love, practice self-compassion, and nourish your self worth.
Enjoy a unique combination of coaching, evidence-based positive psychology, meditation and yoga to soothe the mind, body and soul. Savour beautiful home-cooked food, take part in walks along the beachfront, and indulge in an optional massage for total relaxation.
