Time to focus on you – 2 hr Pilates Workshop for injury, postnatal & sports rehab this Saturday 9th Oct with Jane Wake
Created and led by leading fitness expert, Jane Wake, this workshop is all about balance, strength and release and is a perfect way to focus on your body in a way that will replenish and renew.
The two-hour workshop is a gentle, mindful introduction to Jane Wake’s Pilates Flow, a unique practice where Jane guides you to focus on natural flowing movement that creates strength, balance, length, mobility and strength of mind. The first hour will be spent working out what your ‘quirbles’ are – Jane’s word for injuries / pain /restrictions / blockages that are hindering you. These can be in your body tissues, in your head or in your heart or any combination! The point is that movement can help with all. The second hour will be Jane’s unique combination of Pilates, yoga and martial arts called Pilates Flow – a unique way of moving which puts Pilates and other holistic disciplines together to improve posture, strength, power, co-ordination, balance and overall wellbeing.
