Hello ladies, have you ever wanted to try boxing but been worried about traditional boxing gyms whereone seems fit and scary?
My name is Kat and I run 12 Rounds Boxing in Clapham junction. We are the complete opposite of what you might think of a boxing gym. It’s a female run gym with 50% female membership base and a very friendly and supportive environment.
Whats more, I run monthly women only boxing and wellness workshops. My workshops provide a holistic approach and incorporate yoga and mindfulness as well as a fun boxing workout. Kind of like a mini retreat at a fraction of the cost!
I’m running my next workshop on Sat 15th January in conjunction with nutritionist Francesca Liparoti
