Hi fellow mamas, 

I am Gaby. I am the founder of Wellness with Gaby and the creator of the Optimal Living Method. I am holistic health coach specialising on helping mums optimise their health, harness their hormones and get their health back so they can show up in their lives with meaning and purpose. 

I am hosting a brunch event in collaboration with The Mum Hub at the stunning 601 Queen's Road in Wimbledon on 2nd March. 

I will give a masterclass on burnout and how to protect your mental and physical health as a mother. Burnout is at an all-time high and affecting mothers disproportionately.
After suffering and recovering from chronic stress and mum-burnout, I discovered that optimal health has more to do with how we choose to nourish ourselves on and off the plate rather than genes or luck. I am now on a mission to empower fellow mums to optimise their health, live their best life and prevent or recover from burnout to guard their health long-term. I cannot wait to share what I learnt from my experience and from helping so many other mums get the health they deserve through my 1:1 coaching.
