OVER 60'S FITNESS SESSION WITH OPEN AIR FIT - NEW CLASS!
A NEW 45 minute class designed specifically for the over 60’s - every Tuesday 11:15 am in the dog free area on Wandsworth Common opposite the Skylark Cafe.
Each session will consist of Conditioning resistance exercises (body weight and light weights) aimed at improving or maintaining muscle tone and strength.
Mobility and Balance improving joint mobility, muscle flexibility and stability throughout the body.
Cardio to improve or maintain your aerobic fitness. Working for her a short distance at a mix of speed and intensity with plenty of recovery.
All the exercises in the session have a number of modifications that will allow everybody to be able to take part in the whole session.
If you’re over 60 and like being outdoors come and give it a go.
Your first session is always FREE!
