The morning's are getting lighter and early morning's are the best time to exercise it's too early to find all those excuses not to train!
Another 3 week course of Early Birds circuits starts on Monday 19th February - Friday 9th March.
We train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 6:00-6:45 am on Wandsworth Common by the parallel bars on Wandsworth Common on the corner of Dorlcote Road near the Skylark Cafe.
You can either opt to do 3 sessions a week @ £100 or 2 a week @ £70.
