Feeling overwhelmed and like you're striving for an A* in motherhood?

The pressures of being a mum are phenomenal.
There’s the version of motherhood the media would have us believe—and then there’s the reality.
Somehow we have this idea that mothers are (and should be) completely selfless—giving to everyone else before themselves. But striving to do so can not only leave you feeling exhausted, it can also have you wondering who you really are outside of this important (and most challenging) of jobs.

My name is Susan Tomlinson and I'm a mum, a counsellor and psychotherapist, running a one day workshop supporting and helping mums to recharge.

This is not a parenting workshop. It’s a workshop for you to access and reconnect with yourself. It’s a chance to reflect on who you are. And it’s an opportunity to share with other mums, breathe a sigh of relief, and realise you’re not alone. The workshop is running on Saturday, the 24th November in Paddington. Love to hear from you!
