New Ski Fit Sessions starting on Tuesday 6th November at 7:30 pm
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced skier it's
important to hit the slopes having
done some 'pre-season' training.
Our NEW Ski Fit Sessions are aimed at introducing lower body conditioning and flexibility exercises, along with core and conditioning exercises to strengthen lower back and abdominal muscles, plus some cardiovascular work - all of which help reduce the risk of injury!
Sessions are 45 minutes - 7:30-8:15 pm - Opposite The Hope pub on Wandsworth Common.
Cost is £12 per session drop-in or discounted rate if paid online in advance.
