I want to speak to an actual human being?
Does anyone know if there is a number to ring or something, I can't go through their options for the 100th time!

Kirstin - if you dial 020 8871 8081 there is an option to connect you to an advisor you can speak to and have your queries answered

Hi @wandsworthcouncil I tried this and it didn't work for me. Is there a number for speaking to any actual human at Pupil Services, please? Thanks

Hi Sophie - Yes unfortunately that number wouldn't be any use to you as it would only connect you to our finance/council tax department
