Child counselling recommendations

Postby ConcernedMum » Wed Aug 21, 2019 8:00 am

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can give me a recommendation for some counselling to help my 12 year old daughter.

She is a bright, mature girl but is really struggling at the moment. Although she is neurotypical, her sister has Asperger's and ADHD and there is a lot of conflict and tension at home resulting from this.

She is feeling very low, lacks in self confidence and is showing signs of obsessive behaviour, anxiety and some incidents of self harm.

I am desperate to get her some help before things escalate and would love to see her happy and confident again.

Any recommendations would be very gratefully received.

Thanks so much.
