A friend’s child has recently been diagnosed with this overseas and before this I had no knowledge of it either. As well as going to see someone who specialises in computer exercises, the child has been asked to hang a tennis ball on a string from the ceiling and lie below it and watch it move from side to side, up down etc to help her eyes track the ball. It also works if two people throw a ball backwards and forwards between each other and for the child to lie below it. And no tv as the eyes remain too still. As I said, I have very little knowledge of it like you but i’m just passing on what happens in another country - and I have no medical knowledge whatsoever but it does sound like it might help a bit. Best of luck finding someone in the UK.
