IT help needed at home

Hi

There was a thread on here a long time ago regarding a local young chap who was excellent at sorting out IT problems at home, i can't find the thread, can anyone recall or can anyone recommend someone?
Having problems in particular with printer.

You need to specify whether it it Windows or Apple - it will probably be a different answer in each case. In my experience

http://www.mikewillfixit.com/ is excellent for Windows

and

https://www.coretechnicalsolutions.co.uk/ for Apple.

Both charge very reasonably and will do 'home visits'.

I am sorry for the delay but I appealed to mikewillfixit and helped me with my previous printer. Thanks a lot for the information! I had problems with my new printer and I was very upset because it was new and I was expecting to have any problems with it. In the end, one of my friends helped me who has the same printer as me and I needed to make a hp officejet 5255 setup. I felt so stupid, I worried so much for nothing. Now I laugh with my friend at it. However, I really hope I will not encounter other problems.
