Au pair pay in SW London

Hi

We are looking to find an au pair for the first time. I want to get the pay right - what do you pay your au pair in SW London per week? It will be for 30 hours a week. (Are they allowed to do more?)

no less than 100 pound + travel card + half of the English course + food (also when the family go on holidays and the au pairs stays at home or when she is sick)

The au pairs can not work more than 30 hours (included baby sitting) The are not worker. Au pair is an multicultural exchange. So, they need time to go to English clases and practice the languague.
