Am considering renting a flat on windmill drive which is on Clapham Common.
It is lovely there now but I am concerned about noise levels from the park especially at week ends in the summer. I know there is a festival there for a few days in the summer and I am not concerned about this, but more the general day to day noise and week end (very) late gatherings etc...
Has any of you any insight for me? Do you live very near the common and are disturbed by noise?
Also on a different subject, are there a lot of rats there due to left over food/litter? It's a lower ground flat
