Starting a refurb later this year with re-wiring etc. Can anyone recommend a lighting designer that they've used? I'm not looking for someone very expensive, is that possible? need help with where to put lighting as some hallways, particularly going down the stairs into the basement are quite dark.
Any guidance gratefully received.
