Would anyone be happy to share how many arguments you have with your partner in a week. We seem to arguing increasing frequently and I don't know if it is normal to argue nearly every day or whether I need to be worried. Thanks for reading.

I would say t depends what sort of arguments they are. We have gone through phases of having lots of mini disagreements, usually based on logistics for children and balancing work commitments. If they are these sorts of arguments i would say a few a week is ok, if they are bigger arguments that aren't being resolved then maybe you need a time out to work out why these are on the increase. Good luck!

I think it varies per couple so hard to say what's normal/concerning.

If you both want to stop, then a brilliant person to help with this is Sally https://thelisteningroom.co/. She's got some good resources (video etc) on her website which might be worth starting with.
