Just had a loft conversion that looks great ……. but at the start the builder believed I could get two bedrooms not the one there now as the two rooms would of looked odd in shape and location.It is a very large room though and looks fine so I am not very upset.I do not wish to make the same mistake with the rear extension though and I wish to get an architect to design the rear extension.So any recommendations really appreciated.I have had plans accepted for the rear extension and ideally these could “be tweaked” however if not I am happy to go back to the drawing board.So any recommendations please ?As a PS
