Children’s party halls for hire Post Reply

Any recommendations for a local hall that can be hired for a child’s birthday party in the summer? Ideally would be suitable for approx. 50 people, have space for a bouncy castle and access to some outdoor space so that we can make the most of any good weather and potentially covid-proof the celebration.

St Luke’s Church Battersea , Ramsden Road . They have a community hall that fits up to 100 people that you can rent . We just rented it for our daughters bday, it’s a peppercorn rent .

They do have a large garden to the back but we didn’t use it , given weather and I’m not sure if you can get access or not ( due to restriction of use due to neighbours Gardens backing on to it )

It’s a good size space , and you can do what you want with the hall . It also has a small kitchen with fridges attached to the hall , plus separate children’s toilets and adult toilets

Some of the schools in the area have big halls with adjacent gardens- we have used La Retraite and St Francis Xavier in the past.

This was exactly the space I originally wanted to hire but unfortunately they got back to us and said the garden would only be available for 15mins??! Not sure why- potentially noise restrictions. Such a shame because this would have been ideal!

Hi, have a look at the Romany Scout Hut off Lyford Road. I’ve never used it personally as a party venue but it has a big garden.

Or Naturescope on Wandsworth Common has a smaller garden area out front.

It is lovely inside and out and the home page says it is currently taking bookings until Summer 22!

We offer a great venue at Trinity Fields. At Beechcroft Road end there is a pavilion with indoor space, bar and kitchen plus the possibility of using the grass space outside when the weather is nice. Please go to the Trinity Fields website for more information.
