I hope someone in this network can help. We are looking to rent a house or a spacious 3-bedroom flat in the Clapham area (Between the Commons, Clapham Common, north Balham) from the end of May until the end of the year whilst we complete work on our own house. We are a local family with two older kids (one at Uni who only comes home occasionally and the other one in Lower Sixth in a local private school) and a small cockapoo dog (very well behaved).
