Logbook (V5) address changed. How to check fines?

How do I find out if I have any fines/charges for my car?

We moved house and thought we changed our address on everything and so didnt apply to forward our post (now cant as outside the timeline). Found out this morning as car was about to be clamped that we had an unpaid congestion charge! TFL had been issuing letters to our previous address. Logbook address is now changed but is there a central place to find out if I have any other charges?! Really worried. What a nightmare. :?
