Can anyone recommend a good fridge repair man?

I need someone with a kind manner as it's for my elderly mother who lives in Twickenham.

It's for an LG fridge, the ice dispenser is not working and I have no idea who to call out for her.

Any help is most appreciated.

Have you tried LG themselves? I don’t have any LG appliances but I have Miele and Siemens and when I’ve had problems I’ve called the respective companies and they’ve sent someone round to do the repairs.
