One of my friends has an established business in France and has recently obtained a contract to provide the service in the UK. He is not sure whether he needs to open a subsidiary or a rep office in the UK as his business requires a special certificate and currently it's the French company that holds the certificate. Also he will need help with accounting/book keeping and taxes. Are there firms or individuals who can provide some professional help so that he can set up his business in the UK properly?
