Good party venue hire for 40th?

Can anyone recommend or suggest a good party venue (40th) hire? Not too pricey!

Burntwood golf centre have a huge hall. Something smaller with good atmosphere is the basement room at Bar Social on Lavender Hill. Have Fun!
