Bedes School

Postby Outnumberedmum » Mon Jun 11, 2018 8:17 am

Does anyone have any experience with Bedes School in East Sussex.
We are looking for a non pushy boarding school and have been recommended this one from a freind. I hadn’t heard of it and looking for some feedback.
Thanx

Hiya, I've just moved from Clapham to E Sussex and Bedes has a really excellent reputation here if that helps. Everyone I speak to says it is brilliant and the best local private school ....I get the impression it's not your normal traditional private school. I've heard their pastoral care is excellent and their catering for additional needs and also that they teach in very innovative ways.

My son often plays Bedes prep and they do amazing match tea and it has a wonderful fees. We also know two families with children there and the feedback is wonderful; very supportive, artistic and very happy children. If you are looking for boarding prep though I would recommend Windlesham House which is the most incredible school and has a London bus!
