Technically, it's actually available for 6 nights from lunchtime 12th August til the afternoon/evening of the 18th. Our flat has quite a few quirks as to how everything works, so we'd much prefer to rent it to someone who can come round and see it advance of their stay, so thought we'd see if anyone has family coming to stay in that period for whom it might be convenient.
Particularly suit anyone with messy kids because the flat has been so comprehensively trashed by our kids in recent years that we really won't mind a bit (more) felt tip on the sofa, or a drop of red wine on the carpet! but it would also be fine for elderly parents, as it's a nice quiet street and we have a small but cute, south-facing sun trap of a garden.
It's on at £120/night on Airbnb but happy to make a reduction for a local, particularly if staying all 6 nights. It will actually sleep two adult couples (one on sofa-bed in sitting room) and two young children in bunks (perhaps up to age 10/11).
