Recommendations for GP practice?

Postby dinosaur » Tue Aug 07, 2018 3:18 pm

Hello  -
can anyone recommend a good GP practice for families and women wellness? Currently with Thurleigh and just getting tired of the long wait for appointments.

We are with Balham Park - they are good but it's still 4 weeks for a non urgent appointment

I've used GP at Hand, a free NHS service. Really impressed with it - had an appointment on Sunday evening at 5pm, and was referred to a specialist within 12 hours. https://www.gpathand.nhs.uk

I think you’d be crazy to give up Thurleigh. The doctors are great and you can get same day appointments. I’m not sure what the problem is?
