Do you know anyone who wants to work in a small recruitment company in Clapham Old Town?

Tiro Partners is an exciting Technical Recruitment Start-up based in Clapham Common. It was set up by two passionate recruiters who have over 30 years of recruitment experience between them who have taken all the good bits from their previous agency and grown an agency that prides itself on honesty, hard work and fun.  Tiro work with some of London’s leading brands such as; Sony Playstation, M&S, Argos, Sainsbury’s, Soho House and Which? as well as many Digital Tech Start-ups.Tiro Partners are a small, ambitious recruitment agency are looking to hire a Internal Recruiter / In-house Recruiter to enable them to grow to meet the demands of there growing client base. This role would ideally suit someone who is upbeat, driven and passionate about helping a small company grow into something even better.  You would ideally have at least 12 months of recruitment experience and bring with you loads of ideas and creative ways of how to go find ambitious and driven people (like yourself) to come and be part of the Tiro growth story. This is an ideal role for someone who loves finding and securing the best talent …and you can now do this for one client, in-house. Tiro have an exciting story to tell; working with leading brands, a recent team cycling and wine tasting trip to Spain, charity boxing event, days at the races and our next incentive trip to Portugal surfing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategy to hire approximately 1-2 new Recruitment Consultants per month.
  • Utilise multiple direct channels to market including LinkedIn, Job Boards, networking etc.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process from screening CV’s through to booking initial interview stage
  • Utilise social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and our website
  • Build a pipeline of suitable Recruitment Consultants to help grow the business medium term
What we need from you
  • Must have proven track in recruitment (at least 12 months) and hitting targets
  • Have lots of ideas and creative ways of how and where to source these hires
  • Have a fun personality, be driven and have big ambitions, to match our culture
  • Be able to identify Recruitment Consultants that are target driven and match our values and culture
  • Happy to work within a small office environment and be keen to have fun and get involved
