There is nothing like a good ballet class to help you release the stress from your week.
If you danced as a child or you are starting out and looking to develop a new hobby, our adult ballet class provides a wonderful combination of fitness, physical and technical knowledge, in an emotionally positive, encouraging and friendly environment.
Core training for every dancer, no matter the age of the student, begins with the fundamentals provided by Classical Ballet. You will learn how to become aware of your core abdominals and what dancers call “center”, while tightening and toning your entire body. Our adult ballet class, provides an enjoyable opportunity for you to learn about musicality, body placement, creative expression and of course artistry.
Ballet class is offered on Friday evenings. Delivered by Nina Monteiro, who specializes in delivering classes that are packed full of information, fun, friendship and fabulous ballet fitness training!
