shed roof needs re-felting - seeking recommended trades person?

I have two smallish garden sheds desperately in need of some tlc on their roofs - but really need a personal recommendation as I have a horror of hiring people randomly - especially living alone. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

This is tough as it's a general handyman job as opposed to a painter and decorator or plumber.

Could someone non-specialist do it? As in someone good with their hands? I might know someone...
