Hi all

I’m a busy mother who is keen to get fit and would like to start running. However, I’m not a natural runner and I would therefore like to do it with others for the encouragement and all the other benefits, too, making friends, enjoying getting out of the house without 100 pieces of child kit etc!

I’m in he Putney/Wandsworth area, but I’d like to know of any really.

Hi, have you looked to see if there’s a Park run near you? It’s a free,weekly, 5k timed run every Saturday morning. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities attend, and you might find out about other clubs near you. Good luck- running has been my saviour.
